Posted on X earlier today (Feb 10), tipster AssembleDebug claims that Google Maps will soon roll out a “Try new features” section within the app. The report suggests that this will let users “try new features before they are widely rolled out.” It’s not clear when we can expect this to arrive; however, rumors add that the first feature could be a test for “Ask Maps.” In conjunction with Android Authority, the tipster reports that the app could get an “Ask Maps” button right beneath the search bar.
