We have a few weeks to wait before the official Galaxy S26 announcement, with Samsung having set a Galaxy Unpacked event later this month. At this point, rumors have gone beyond hints and now include detailed specs.
A new report from WinFuture gives us a comprehensive look at the specs of Samsung’s Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, and they leave little to the imagination.
On the display front, the standard Galaxy S26 is tipped to feature a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 2340 × 1080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S26 Plus steps up to a larger 6.7-inch QHD+ display, also running at 120Hz, while the S26 Ultra stretches things further with a massive 6.9-inch QHD+ screen protected by Gorilla Armor 2, as per the report.
Across the lineup, Samsung is reportedly shaving off a bit of thickness and weight, but visually, the phones should stick close to the design language established by the Galaxy S25 series.
Performance is where Samsung’s regional strategy comes into play again. The base and Plus models are tipped to run on the new Exynos 2600 chip in many markets, while the S26 Ultra reportedly gets Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 globally.
All three models are said to ship with at least 12GB of RAM, while the Ultra may offer a 16GB option and storage configurations reaching up to 1TB. Battery capacities could remain mostly steady at around 4,300mAh for the base model, 4,900mAh for the Plus, and 5,000mAh for the Ultra, with One UI 8.5 pre-installed.
Charging finally speeds up
Charging is another area where Samsung is playing it safe. Built-in magnets for Qi2-style accessories are reportedly absent, meaning no native MagSafe-style experience. Instead, Samsung seems to be leaning on enhanced 25W wireless charging through compatible cases and accessories.
For wired charging, the Ultra is rumored to get a real upgrade with 60W fast charging, which has been missing compared to Chinese competitors.
Cameras remain Samsung’s headline feature, and the S26 series looks ready to double down on that reputation. The base and Plus models are expected to share a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, paired with ultra-wide and telephoto lenses.
The S26 Ultra, however, is where things get interesting. Leaks suggest it will feature a 200MP primary sensor with an f/1.4 aperture, alongside a 50MP periscope lens with 5× optical zoom, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP secondary telephoto lens.
Leaked renders also hint at a redesigned camera module, with a more unified, pill-shaped layout replacing the segmented look of recent Ultras.
The downside, as expected, is pricing. Early European listings suggest starting prices near €999 for the S26, €1,269 for the S26 Plus, and around €1,469 for the Ultra.

From everything we’re seeing, Samsung is clearly focusing on making its phones better where people actually feel it: in camera reliability, charging speed, long-term performance, and daily usability. If you’re deciding between sticking with an S25 or jumping to an S26, this isn’t about flashy gimmicks.
