Sennheiser recently announced that it was going to stop manufacturing wireless headphones for the public. That’s a major bummer for some audiophiles, but for folks who want a great headphone deal, it might be a dream come true.
For example, the imminent divestment might be the reason that you can get a whopping 56% off the Sennheiser Momentum 4 if you buy the headphones during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale (March 25-31).
Sennheiser is a legendary manufacturer of consumer audio gear for a reason. Despite their slightly-advanced age, the Momentum 4 could still hold their own against the best wireless headphones in the business, offering outstanding sound quality and a ton of customization options straight out of the box.
The noise-cancelling headphones boast a 42mm transducer system with customizable EQ settings, sound modes, and presets, plus you get a portable folding design and up to 60 hours of battery life on a single charge. That’s considerably more battery life than the Sony WH-1000XM6, which are largely considered to be the best wireless headphones for most people in 2026.
That said, I’d still argue that the Sony XM6 sound better than Sennheiser’s cans in most use cases, and you might get more cutting-edge features by going with a newer pair of headphones. Still, the Sennheiser Momentum 4 have a lot of great qualities that can’t be ignored, and at just under $200, they’re an absolute steal during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale.
