Amazon just unleashed a HUGE sale on Android tablets – here are the 5 deals that you simply can’t miss

Christmas is just around the corner, and there is no shortage of epic Android tablet deals to make your holidays extra special. The surprising part is that it isn’t just cheap tablets or basic couch companions receiving discounts this time around: nope, some of the most versatile and powerful tablets ever built are currently receiving historic price drops at Amazon, and I’ve dropped five of my favorite deals below.

TOP 5 deals from Amazon’s Android tablet sale

What is the best Android tablet?

Although we generally consider the OnePlus Pad 3 to be the best Android tablet for most people, it really depends on how you plan to use your new device. Do you need a tablet for reading books or streaming TV shows? Do you need a powerhouse of performance for gaming or heavy file management? Answering this question first is crucial to deciding which tablet is right for you.

What is the best cheap Android tablet?

If I had to pick one tablet around 200 bucks (or less), it’d be the Galaxy Tab A9 Plus. Regularly discounted to around $199.99, this Samsung tablet boasts a lightweight aluminum build with great battery life and a few premium specs you don’t usually get in this price range, such as stereo speakers and a microSD card slot.

If you want to spend even less, it’s worth mentioning that the Amazon Fire line of tablets offers great bang for the buck. The Amazon Fire HD 8, for instance, is currently chilling at just 70 bucks during Amazon’s holiday sale.

Can I use a tablet instead of a laptop?

Definitely! Many of the best Android tablets deliver as much performance as a modern laptop, and it’s an easy way to have a dual-purpose device that you can take with you wherever you go. You can even pair your new device with a keyboard case for the full laptop experience. The only catch is that you should expect to pay a pretty penny for models that offer laptop-level performance.
