Alongside the ongoing $100 price drops on the 46mm Jet Black Apple Watch Series 11, today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break is starting off with some Amazon iPhone 16 Pro deals. Alongside up to $630 off iPhone 16 Pro Max, we also spotted the most affordable unlocked iPhone 16 Pro you can buy at $300 off via Amazon today (Renewed Premium). Those deals also join the M5 MacBook Pro with 1TB of storage sitting at the best price of the year ($200 off) and, if you don’t care about the latest and greatest, we have a giant price drop on the high-end stainless steel Apple Watch Series 9 – the originally $699 configs are just $249 Prime shipped right now. Scope it all out down below.

Most affordable unlocked iPhone 16 Pro you can buy is $300 off at Amazon today (Renewed Premium)
We have some solid deals running this week on Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro models courtesy of Amazon’s Renewed Premium listings. These official listings deliver 16 Pro/Pro Max units directly shipped and sold from Amazon with 1-year warranties and, perhaps, more importantly, hundreds in savings. While there are a few different storage capacity options at deeply discounted prices right now, this morning we are highlighting the most affordable iPhone 16 Pro model there is down at $699 shipped ($300 off the original list price).
Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro launched with an unlocked starting price at $999 and, while the most affordable configurations never sees price drops quite as deep as some of the pricey models you’ll find below, you can land one down at $699 shipped right now.
That is $300 less than the launch price on this model and the best deal we can find from a reputable dealer, in its best possible renewed condition with a 1-year warranty – “this item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 365 days of receipt.”
Another notable point here is this: Apple just recently started selling iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max units in its official Refurbished Store – arguably the best place to buy renewed iPhone units, if it weren’t for the fact that Amazon will sell you the same thing for a whole lot less. But when it comes down to the most affordable 128GB model we are featuring here today, Apple does not offer this model in its U.S. refurb storefront – the least expensive iPhone 16 Pro it offers is the 512GB at $1,019.
As mentioned above, you’ll find some additional iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max units deals below:

This M5 MacBook Pro with 1TB of storage is sitting at the best price of the year, now $200 off
As of right now, the best cash discounts you’ll find on Apple’s M5 MacBook Pro lineup max out at around $150 off. Over at Amazon most configs are actually not even down that low right now, but you will find the 16GB/1TB starting at $150 off currently. Thing is, B&H is offering this exact same machine at $200 off today.
B&H, an official and, frankly, beloved authorized Apple dealer, happens to be offering Apple’s 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB storage capacity down at $1,599 shipped.
The silver model is sitting at $1,649 from the usual $1,799 on the listing page, but it will drop an additional $50 during checkout.
That’s $200 off the list price at Apple and Best Buy, $50 better than the deal you’ll find at Amazon and the best price we can find online right now.
This also happens to match the lowest price we have tracked this year on this configuration. Most of the models Amazon carries, including this one, did max out at $250 off during the holiday season last year, but that was the first and only time we have seen these more affordable models down that low and it’s hard to say when that might happen again.
There were some more pricey 32GB configs at $300 off for a couple weeks already this year, but that’s typical for these pro-grade Apple machines – as rare as those B&H deals were, the more pricey models tend to see the deepest discounts this early in the product’s life-cycle.
Everything you need to know about the upcoming M5 Pro and M5 Max models expected to debut next month awaits right here.

Don’t care about the latest models? Giant $450 price drops now live on stainless steel Apple Watch
We are indeed still tracking some of the base model Series 11 models at $100 off, but every once in a while we catch a gigantic discount on Apple’s high-end GPS + Cell stainless steel and titanium models, and today is one of those days. It’s not the newest model out there, but it is still quite capable and you can score the high-end, originally $699 Apple Watch Series 9 stainless steel model at $249 – that’s $450 off the original price.
Woot is now offering the Apple Watch Series 9 GPS + Cell model with the Stainless Steel Case down at $249 with free shipping for Prime members (a $6 delivery fee will apply otherwise).
Woot ships these units with a 1-year Apple warranty, according to the listing page.
Much like the high-end titanium GPS + Cell Series 11 models, this Series 9 config carried a regular $699 list price and is now a whole lot less than that – you can score it for $50 less than the standard basic Series 11 right now.
For some folks the Series 9 is a non-starter now that it is two generations back. But it still looks a lot like the current models and still delivers on most of the most useful features most folks use. This deal isn’t for everyone, but it is a giant one.
If you don’t care about the Cell connectivity or the high-end stainless steel case, you can indeed still land a couple Series 11 models at$100 off the list prices stating from $299. Again, they are the base models, but they are also the newest releases matching the lowest price they have been offered for.

Here’s how the deal pricing works out across the official Apple Crossbody Strap color options:
Apple’s official solution for hands-free iPhone carry, the Crossbody is made from 100% recycled PET yarns, featuring “embedded flexible magnets with stainless steel sliding mechanisms allow you to effortlessly adjust the length for the perfect fit, while keeping both straps securely and neatly aligned.”
