The Garmin Venu 4 scored a near-perfect 4.5/5-star rating when it dropped late last year, effectively leveling up everything that made its predecessor, the Venu 3, such a hit. You get an AMOLED display with 2,000-nit brightness straight out of the box, plus a stainless steel bezel and case. There’s even a built-in flashlight!
Under the hood, the Venu 4 sports a comprehensive suite of health-monitoring sensors, including (but not limited to) ECG, HRV, breathing rate, SpO2, and skin temp. The Venu 4 also boasts a ton of useful fitness-focused software features, such as Health Status, morning and evening activity reports, Body Battery, and more.
