For a little perspective, that’s the same discount that we saw during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales last month. I thought we were done seeing great discounts on the Android tablet until the new year, but I’m more than happy to be proven wrong on this one.

While everyone else may immediately jump on the latest iPad or Samsung tablet to stick under the tree, the OnePlus Pad 3 triumphs over the competition in a few key areas. As with any device, there are trade-offs with the OnePlus Pad 3. You won’t get as many AI features as you would with a Samsung Galaxy Tab or iPad, and the lack of a microSD slot is a bit disappointing (although a portable SSD will get the job done just as well). All in all, these drawbacks are pretty minor, and I’d choose the OnePlus Pad 3 over its mainstream rivals any day of the week — especially when you slap on a Black Friday-level discount.
